采集汉字的解决方案
此流程图概述了在处理跨境支付中采集汉字信息的三种情况:
- 情况①:从统一社会信用代码中提取汉字
用于商业支付
- 当统一社会信用代码可以在代付请求中传递时,我们的系统将通过该代码来提取汉字数据。即使您的系统不支持中文输入,你的代付也会立刻成功。
- 情况②:从购买发票/订单中提取汉字
用于商业支付
- 如果没有统一社会信用代码,系统将使用 OCR 技术从提交的购买发票或订单中提取汉字。如果提取成功,你的代付也会立刻成功。
- 情况③:通过二维码/链接收集汉字数据
用于个人支付和商业支付
- 如果汉字提取失败,系统建议通过二维码或链接收集数据。收款人通过此方法提供收款ID后,系统将在重新提取和验证后立刻代付您的资金。
我们将通过这三个情况的努力来解决您面临的您的系统不支持汉字采集的问题。
Process of Collect Hanzi data from QR Code/Link (Case ③)
Collecting Chinese Hanzi characters via QR or link is uniform for all payouts (Personal or Business).
Step 1: Initiate the Process
The payer arrives at your counter and scans a QR code for a CNY fast collection guide, or you can send the collection link directly to the payer through your customer's operation tool.
Step 2: Payee Authentication
Then, the payer shares the collection link with the payee.
- Share Authentication Link: The payer shares the QR-linked authentication link with the payee.
- Complete Authentication: The payee completes real-name authentication via the link.
- Receive CNY Collection ID: The payee receives a unique CNY collection ID upon authentication.
Step 3: Finish the process via Communication of Collection ID
- Send Collection ID to Payer: The payee sends the CNY collection ID to the payer to enable the transaction.
- System API Interaction: Your Transfer system sends the CNY collection ID to the backend via its API, regardless of the transaction method.
- xCurrency Hub Processing: xCurrency Hubs receive the ID and decode the payee's real-name authentication information.
Integration Timeline
We will be implementing our new Chinese Hanzi Character Collection solution in phases. Initially, we will start with manual input of Hanzi characters, providing a transition period for you and your customers. Starting December 1st, we will shift to automatic ID uploads featuring Hanzi characters to enhance our payout success rate to over 99%. This will help us route your payout transactions through more channels and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for transaction adjustments.
