1️⃣ Check Balance
- Go to Wallet → Balance on the left sidebar to view your wallet balances.
- The top-left section of the balance list displays real-time wallet balances.
- The top-right section of the balance list shows notifications, such as settlement date updates or system notifications.
- View balances under different transaction scenarios:
- Personal Payout
- Classic Mode
- Xpress Mode
- Business Payout
- Supported for business payments
2️⃣ Top-Up Foreign Currency
- In Wallet → Balance, find the wallet balance list.
- Click the Top-Up button next to a specific foreign currency wallet.
- Follow the steps to top up foreign currency:
- Enter the amount of foreign currency to top up.
- Choose Low-Cost Exchange Mode.
- Click Submit Order.
- Complete the offline transfer by following the Account Information and clicking We Have Paid to notify the agent.
- Wait for bank confirmation.
- Once confirmed, your balance will update, completing the top-up process.
- ⚠️ Note: The credited amount may differ from the paid amount based on the selected transfer fee options.
- View foreign currency wallet balances and transaction history.
3️⃣ Exchange to CNY
- In Wallet → Balance, locate the wallet balance list.
- Click the Exchange button next to a foreign currency wallet.
- Follow the exchange process for CNY:
- Confirm the exchange rate.
- Enter the amount to exchange.
- Confirm the recipient currency and amount.
- Select the exchange timing (Right now by default).
- Choose the “Business Payout” scenario.
- Click Continue.
- Confirm the exchange information.
- Wait for funds to arrive (usually within 3-24 hours on working days).
- Once completed, the CNY balance updates in your wallet.
4️⃣ Batch Transfer
- In Batch Transfer → Corporate Remittance on the left sidebar, initiate batch transfers.
- Click or drag the transfer file into the upload area; processing takes around three minutes.
- Ensure all orders are correct, then create a corporate remittance order.
- On the confirmation page, verify total payment and fees, then click Create.
- After creation, select Add Materials to provide PI/PO documents for the batch order:
- Go to Corporate Remittance Transactions → Transaction List and click Add Materials.
- Select the required additional materials
- Choose materials to add and upload them by clicking + and then Upload.
- Click “Submit” to upload all your materials. The order status will change to “Pending,” entering the manual review stage.
- The order is now in Pending Review. After approval, the status updates to Ready to Issue.
- Click Transfer to proceed with the remittance.
- After clicking ‘Transfer,’ the order status will change to [Transferring]. This indicates that the order is currently being processed for transfer and will be completed soon. Please monitor the order status.
- Order completed. Click on ‘Details’ to view the full order history flow.
