Whitelist Transaction Pair Credit Level Enhancement

To help your end customers overcome remittance limits and improve transaction efficiency, you can submit additional KYC information and proof of transaction legitimacy through the system. Eligible customers can be approved for a higher transaction limit whitelist. This process enables your customers to enjoy superior cross-border remittance services, increase overall transaction volume, and meet diverse remittance needs.

Step 1: Locate the Transaction Pair

Method 1: Locate the transaction order on the “Personal Payout Transactions” → “Transfer Transactions” page.

Click “Detail” to access the order details. The Credit Level displays the whitelist level of the transaction pair (recipient and payer) for the current order. Click “Upgrade” to apply for an upgrade to the whitelist credit level.

Method 2: Navigate to the “My Customer” → “Cases Management” menu page and search for the profile of the remitter or recipient whose limit needs to be upgraded.

Click “Check” to enter the profile details.

Scroll down to the “Associations” module. Here, you can view the “Credit Level” information, historical transaction amounts, and the number of transactions between the remitter and recipient.

Step 2: Apply for Credit Level Improvement

  • Method 1: Click “Upgrade” in the order details to open the supplemental materials page for limit enhancement.

  • Method 2: In the profile details page under the staff management module, click “Improve Credit Level” to open the supplemental materials page for limit enhancement.

  • On the profile details page, navigate to the management section and click “Improve Credit Level” to open the page for uploading supplementary materials.

  • Follow the instructions to complete the required materials, then click Submit.

  • After submission, you can view the application records on the “My Customer” → “Whitelist Management” page.

Step 3: Await Review Results for Credit Level Improvement

Under Review

Once you submit the application and relevant materials, internal reviewers will process it. During this time, the application status will display as “Processing.”

Rejected

If there are issues with the materials, reviewers may reject the application (status: “Overrule”). You need to revise the materials based on the feedback provided and resubmit the application.
Steps to supplement materials are the same as those for applying for credit level improvement.

Approved

When the application status is “Passed”, it indicates that the application has been approved. The remitter and recipient can proceed with transactions based on the updated credit level.
