You can leverage our automatic review process to onboard your customers instantly by organizing their proof documents according to our recommended structure. Leverage our cross-border remittance solutions for faster transactions, higher success rates, and increased transaction limits for your customers.
This guide will walk you through organizing and uploading proof documents in a structured manner, making it easy to manage and locate them efficiently.

What You Will Need:

  • Proof documents to be uploaded (e.g., ID cards, income statements)
  • A computer connected to a stable and high-speed internet connection

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Step 1: Create the Main Folder

Start by creating a main folder on your computer for all documents you plan to submit. Name this folder using the date and time of the submission, formatted as YearMonthDay_HourMinute (YYYYMMDDHHMM). For example, if you are submitting documents on August 5, 2024, at 2:30 PM, your folder should be named 202408051430.

Step 2: Organize the Proof Documents by Customer ID No

Inside the main folder, create a sub-folder for each customer. Name these sub-folders after each order No to keep their documents separate and organized. For instance, make a 2024080916283xxxx1 folder for an order with your customer’s ID No 2024080916283xxxx1.

Step 3: Prepare the Proof Document Files

Within each customer’s sub-folder, prepare the files for each document. Include the issuing country and the type of proof document in the file name. Follow this naming convention:
  • Issuing Country Code: Start with the two-letter ISO code for the country where the document was issued (e.g., "CN" for China).
  • Document Type: Add a brief descriptor of the document type (e.g., "id" for identification document, "income" for income proof, "purpose" for purpose proof).
    • Document Type File Naming Prefix

Step 4: Compress the Main Folder

After organizing all documents within their respective customer sub-folders, compress the main folder into a ZIP file and name it after the main folder (e.g., 202408051430.zip). This file is now ready for upload.

Final Step: Upload Your Documents

Proceed to the designated upload area on our portal website and upload the ZIP file you prepared. Ensure you receive a confirmation that your upload was successful.
